Confidence is key in any negotiation. In this session, training is focused on enhancing self-esteem. One's state of mind is another key factor crucial to securing the best deal. Participants build self-confidence by thoroughly assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a deal and how to best use the information about the other party in order to become more secure and confident negotiators.
