Advanced Negotiation


 
 

WIN Advanced Negotiation Skills workshop is an ideal follow-on to our Art of Negotiation workshop.  This workshop will build on participants' existing negotiation skills and give them additional tools and techniques that will let them take their skills to the next level.

In this session, participants will gain insight into the habits of successful negotiators, diagnostically understand their own negotiation style, and learn more about the role of emotional intelligence in their negotiation.    Through group exercises, role playing and simulation, participants will learn techniques for diffusing more challenging emotional encounters, improve their ability to bargain successfully and ethically, and practice honing their communication skills.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
  • Identify the basic principles of negotiation 

  • Gain insight into their preferred negotiation style

  • Explore ways to increase emotional intelligence

  • Increase communication effectiveness

  • Practice applying these principles in a role-play scenario
