Individual coaching is a focused, one-on-one experience.  Our coaches will work with you to understand your specific situation, goals, and needs.  Each of our individual coaching packages are designed to create clarity and connection to a value proposition while deepening an understanding of how to apply that confidence in negotiations.

 

Our Packages

INTRODUCTORY

This single session is ideal to help prepare for a target negotiation, overcome current career obstacle, or prepare for taking an urgent action.

Clients can ease into coaching with this 1-on-1 one-hour coaching session.

MILESTONE

This FOUR session package can be customized to meet unique business needs.

This package is useful for more in-depth coaching, focusing on mapping out unique negotiation styles and how to apply it in real situations.

IMMERSIVE

Our most comprehensive coaching package, with TEN customized in-depth coaching sessions.

This package is for those serious about investing in their teams and enhancing negotiation styles.
