+ What is WIN Summit's mission?

Through world class negotiation training, WIN empowers women to discover new ways to harness their unique strengths, elevate their skills, leverage their value, and better advocate for both themselves and their companies.

+ Is WIN Summit a non-profit?

WIN Summit is a mission-driven for-profit organization. But we are excited to be launching our non-for-profit arm, WIN Together.

THE SUMMIT

+ What is the WIN Summit and who is it designed for?

WIN Summit is a full-day learning experience, taking place on May 30, 2024 in New York City. It brings together inspirational women for powerful discussions exploring leadership solutions, actionable strategies, and lessons on negotiation.

WIN welcomes anyone in any stage of their career that would like to advance their negotiation skills and/or learn how to be a better advocate for gender equality and diversity inclusion in their workplace.

+ Why should I attend?

There are a number of great reasons to attend WIN Summit 2024. Here are a few outliers:

  • Women who attend will leave better equipped to advocate effectively for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

  • Expand your network and connect with professional women from all over the world.

  • Explore industry trends, tackle the unique challenges that women face in the workplace, and get inspired by leading women and experts

+ What is the cost to attend?

An individual ticket to WIN Summit 2024 is $899 and includes access to the live event as well as the recorded sessions and content for one year after the event.

There will be a VIP Evening Event the night before the summit. The cost of this event is an additional $199.

We have discounted tickets for groups, non-profit employees, and students. To inquire about these ticket tiers, please reach out to us at info@winsummit.com.

+ What is included in my registration?

A ticket to WIN Summit 2024 includes access to all summit sessions and activations, a networking breakfast, catered lunch, mid-afternoon snack and coffee bar, evening hor d'oeuvres, cocktail hour, one-on-one coaching opportunities, LinkedIn and resume reviews, on-site professional headshots, integrative health and wellness components, and a gift bag. After the event, ticket holders will have access to the WIN Woman Community, and the summit's recorded content for up to one year, as well as will receive exclusive discounts including an Early Bird Discount for 2025 WIN Summit.

For ticket holders that additionally purchase the VIP Evening Event ticket, they will have access to all of the above as well as access to an exclusive dinner event with prominent speakers and thought leaders.

+ What if I cannot attend? What is your refund policy?

As there is limited seating available for the Summit, cancellations are unfortunately not permitted. Any company or individual may send a substitute to the summit or exchange ticket to next conference held. Requests must be in writing and sent via email to info@winsummit.com and received on or before May 1, 2024. If any or all of the event is changed or canceled, the conference host is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs. Speakers, panels, and agendas may be subject to change.

+ How can I convince my company to sponsor my attendance to WIN Summit?

Our summit should be a part of your annual individual development career plan. We have an Employer Reimbursement Letter that you can fill out and submit to your company to better make the case as to why they should send you to WIN Summit.

+ Do you offer continued education credits at WIN Summit?

Yes! As a proud SHRM Recertification Provider, WIN offers summit registrees SHRM credits for their attendance. We also partner with an accredited company to offer CLE credits for legal professionals in New York, and states that recognize NY credits. For more information, please contact info@winsummit.com.

+ Does WIN Summit have a scholarship program?

Yes, it does! Through our not-for-profit arm, WIN Together, we are pleased to offer an array of scholarships for our summit. For more information see our scholarships here.

+I would like to volunteer at WIN Summit. Where can I apply?

Thank you for your interest! You can apply to volunteer at WIN Summit 2024 through this online form.

+ How can we collaborate as a community partner?

You can support our premier accelerated learning event for the advancement of women through negotiation as an Affiliate Partner by emailing info@winsummit.com. Please indicate that you are interested in an Affiliate Partnership as well as your company and title.

+ I am interested in speaking, who should I contact?

You can submit a speaker application through our online form.

+ I am interested in sponsorship, who should I reach out to?

You can support our premier accelerated learning event for the advancement of women through negotiation as a Sponsor by emailing sponsorship@winsummit.com. Please indicate that you are interested in a Sponsorship as well as your company and title.

+ Will there be photography/videos taken at the summit?

WIN will take photos of attendees throughout the Summit. These photos are for WIN and TNI use only and may appear on the WIN Website, newsletter, social media outlets, or other future WIN Summit promotional material.

By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

+ Who do I contact if I have any other questions?

WIN WORKSHOPS

+ Who do I contact if I want to bring a WIN Workshop to my place of work?

+ Is there a minimum number of participants I need to guarantee to run a WIN Workshop?

No, there is no minimum participant requirement.

+ Are your workshops offered virtually?

Yes, our workshops can be done virtually.

+ I am a freelancer/independent contractor/entrepreneur but I want to attend a WIN Workshop. How might I do so?

WIN will be offering many workshops that are open to the public. Please check our Workshops Page to see upcoming events.

 

WIN COACHING

+ How can I become a WIN Coach?

If you are interested in becoming a WIN Coach, please contact info@winsummit.com.

+ How do I sign up for a WIN Coaching session(s)?

+ How do I meet with my coach?

All coaching sessions are done remotely over the phone.

+ What should I expect from a coach?

Our WIN Negotiation Coaches are professionally trained in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. Your coach will tailor the coaching to meet your individualized needs and level of negotiation confidence and competence.

+ What happens if I’m not happy with the service?

Your feedback is always valued. For those purchasing a Negotiation Coaching Package, should you feel after one session that the fit is not right, we can try and rematch you with another coach that will better suit your needs.

Once a session is completed, we cannot issue a refund unless there are grounds for one (see above). However, we strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns or comments to your coach. In nearly all cases, your coach will be able to help you find a resolution, as long as you communicate with them.

+ How long does it take to start (as in how long until you are assigned a coach)?

We are committed to meeting your milestone needs and will attempt to match you as soon as possible. Most matches can be confirmed within 24-48 hours.

+ Which package do I need?

That depends on your needs and how deep of a dive you want to take into becoming a master of negotiation. Please fill out the following Assessment.

+ What is the refund policy?

We value our coaches time and refunds are limited as assessed case-by-case. Individual sessions will not be refunded following the first call.
