WIN Summit 2025 was a powerful day of inspiration, connection, and growth — featuring thought-provoking panels, hands-on workshops, a wellness lounge, immersive activations, and meaningful moments of community.

We’re witnessing a shift in the traditional power structure. More women are stepping into executive leadership roles, embracing entrepreneurship, and making the ask more than ever before. Yet, much of the business world and our structural systems are still pitted against women’s success. We began the day grounded with a guided morning meditation and closed on a high note with a powerful musical performance that left the room inspired and energized.

Immersive workshops offered practical tools for everything from negotiation and confidence to breathwork, intuition, and executive presence, designed to elevate both mindset and impact.

Two powerful fireside chats with Stephanie Dobbs Brown and Assemblymember Jenifer Rajkumar sparked the day with bold ideas, personal stories, and visionary leadership.

Our Wellness Lounge and curated activations offered moments of restoration, reflection, and connection with inspiring exhibitors throughout the day.

Five dynamic panels brought together diverse voices to explore leadership, personal branding, AI, resilience, and career transformation in an ever-evolving world.
