Head of Product, Walmart Connect
Vaishali Bajaj heads Product at Walmart Connect. She is responsible for building Connect’s platforms that allow advertisers to connect with Walmart Customers, however and wherever they shop. She has been a founding member of Connect's product organization. Under her leadership, Product has grown leaps and bounds in terms of capabilities, size and overall platform maturity. She has been recognized as one of the Adage 40 under 40 leaders. She takes pride in building an inclusive and authentic culture that helps teams thrive with a sense of belonging.
Vaishali joined Walmart in 2016 after spending a decade in various roles such as quantitative research at Ipsos, building and scaling last mile delivery model for Reckitt Benckiser and launching assortment recommendation systems at Unilever for the unorganized retail segment in key South east Asian markets.
Vaishali received her Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. She resides in the bay area and enjoys all things unique, immersive and beautiful.
