A champion for women in leadership, Kailei Carr is the CEO and Founder of The Asbury Group, a transformational development firm specializing in "whole person" leadership development. She is an expert in helping leaders tap into their personal power and walk fully in their purpose in the boardroom and beyond. Her signature approach to leadership presence -- which is grounded in one's personal power and cultivated from the inside out -- has helped high-potential leaders around the world thrive and advance to the most senior ranks.
Kailei holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Emory University. When she’s not coaching clients or speaking at conferences and corporations, Kailei can be found hosting her podcast, Beyond the Business Suit, which has listeners in over 100 countries or pouring into the women of the Beyonding Community -- a community of high-achieving women of color on a quest to become their best selves.
Kailei’s advice to executive and executive-bound women has been featured in numerous media outlets including Forbes, Fortune and The Oprah Winfrey Network. She lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, Justin, and their daughter, Adrienne.
