Elizabeth Suárez

A highly sought-after leadership and negotiation strategist, Elizabeth Suárez guides organizations and empowers its executives and professionals with the necessary skills that result in a more profitable, inclusive and productive workplace.

After rising through the ranks of corporate America, Elizabeth created Negotiation Unleashed, a coaching, training, and facilitation resource for professionals and executives. Elizabeth is a thought leader with a proven track record of transforming leaders into skilled negotiators and decision-makers.

Elizabeth has worked as a strategic facilitator, executive coach and/or consultant with organizations across a variety of industries, higher education institutions, government agencies and non-profits.  Some of her local clients include City & County of Denver, CDOT, Colorado Latino Foundation, Youth on Record, Denver Health and State of Colorado. Her list of national clients includes Pfizer, Moody’s Financial, ViaSat, HACR, Cornell University, Bay Path University, University of Arkansas, to name a few.

Through her best-selling book, The Art of Getting Everything, as well as media interviews and keynotes across the country and Latin America, Elizabeth has inspired thousands of professionals to become transformative leaders, who have been able to make a significant difference in their organizations.

Elizabeth holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University. She completed the Executive Management Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.   She is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) and Leadership Denver.  She is a certified MBTI practitioner and mediator trained by the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association.

To pay it forward, Elizabeth has spent many years mentoring Latina professionals and serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. In 2018, John W. Hickenlooper, Governor of the State of Colorado, appointed her to the Colorado’s Minority Business Advisory Council.  She lives in the Denver metropolitan area with her family where she enjoys going on walks & hikes and dancing Bomba with a local Puerto Rican Cultural Dance Ensemble, Barrio é.
