JOB SUMMARY:

WIN, a one-of-a-kind female-focused negotiation training and leadership development company, is in search of a creative and motivated part-time Social Media Specialist to elevate our online presence and interaction. We are seeking an individual who excels in the digital realm, capable of taking charge of our social media accounts and steering them towards substantial growth.

The ideal candidate possesses a flair for marketing and design, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms. Your role involves crafting compelling, user-friendly content and utilizing social media channels to augment brand visibility and growth. Collaborating closely with the CEO and team members, you will ensure the brand remains visible, captivating, and performs optimally across all platforms.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and curate captivating content across our brand’s social media pages, tailored to our audience and their preferences

  • Craft compelling short-form video and reel content that resonate with our followers and make our brand stand out in the digital space

  • Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with our followers on social media, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries

  • Drive the growth of our social media presence on multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and incorporating current social media trends into our content strategy

  • Analyze performance metrics to shape and refine our content strategies

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in creating engaging content for various social media platforms

  • A keen understanding of current social media trends and algorithm changes

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Able to curate an aesthetically pleasing social media feed

  • Interest in the female empowerment space

Preferred, but not required:

  • Video / photo editing experience

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) experience

  • Graphic design experience

PAY RANGE: $22 - $25/hr

EXPECTED HOURS: 20 hours per month or 5 hours per week
