Morenike Williams

Morenike Williams is a lawyer, coach, entrepreneur and speaker who has successfully navigated roles in the private sector, as well as in the entrepreneurial realm.
Morenike is an experienced senior legal executive, who has worked domestically and internationally at the law firms of Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Allen & Overy (in its London office). She has owned her own legal consultancy, as well as worked in the in-house legal departments of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Vanguard. In her most recent role, she transitioned from Vanguard’s in-house legal department into HR, to become a Divisional Lead and Senior Manager of a team responsible for partnering with execs to help their teams adopt lean and agile ways of working as part of a broader organizational transformation effort.
In addition to the above attributes, Morenike is also the founder of Revision Coaching, a woman-owned and led company that provides tailored coaching solutions to help unleash the greatness that already exists inside of you. She empowers lawyers and leaders to redefine what success means to them now so they can build the life of their dreams without sacrificing their health, peace, or time with family.
Morenike is an executive coach to leaders and teams of Fortune 100 companies, top 20 law firms, non-profit organizations and more. She brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to bear in facilitating dynamic workshops and coaching sessions in support of her corporate, non-profit, and legal clients.
She earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
Before the pandemic, you would catch Morenike traveling the world in her free time, but nowadays she spends her downtime connecting with the people who matter most (while also being sure to sneak in time to binge-watch the latest Netflix series).
