Adonica Shaw is a 3-time TEDx speaker, author, and health and wellness advocate. As an established podcaster, she hosts the Parent Pod which is currently ranked in the top 10% of parenting podcasts globally, as well as the I Surrender and Self-Care Saturday podcasts.

As a health advocate, she serves as a Mental Health Subject Matter Expert for the Conscious Inclusion Company. And she is known for her work as both a Patient Advocate for the Preeclampsia Foundation and Momma’s Voices, and a voice for maternal health matters after surviving a "Code Blue" Eclamptic Crisis just 3 days postpartum.

Named as one of the top 136 Black Innovators in STEM + Arts by Wonder Women Tech, Adonica is the founder of the health-focused internet company, The Wingwomen Inc.. She believes women in particular, need a unique support system to break through the glass ceilings in their lives. She’s committed to providing access to valuable health and wellness information to women and empowering them to be active agents in their wellness.

Adonica is a 2021 Globant “Women Who Build” nominee, and she is also a former public board member for the Healthcare for the Homeless and Farmworkers Board in San Mateo County in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her second book, “Shatter Your Own Glass Ceiling,” is set to be published in 2022.
