The Immersive coaching package includes ten 60-minute private coaching sessions by phone or Zoom meeting, depending on your preference. The hours are generally spread over 2-3 months, but it’s entirely flexible based on your progress, goals, desired pace, and schedule.
Our coaches are expert negotiators or mediators. Vetted and backed by WIN our coaches are experts in their respective fields with masters and or doctoral level degrees. Whatever your career stage, our coaches can help you discover, understand, and articulate your needs to transform into a better communicator and decision-maker.
The 1:1 Coaching session occurs over the phone or Zoom Meeting. After purchasing the package, you will be sent our WIN Coaching Assessment. The Assessment offers your WIN Coach insights to your career stage and negotiation needs in order to help you create actionable steps to achieve your goals.
Be receptive to feedback and open to completing additional work once your sessions are over. Through a mix of guiding questions and action steps, your 1:1 sessions will touch on each of WIN's eight core components to help you with your negotiation needs. The more you put into your sessions, the more you will get out.
After you purchase your session, first, we will send you a Coaching Assessment Form. After you complete the form, an email will be sent to you with a confirmation and a link to your assigned coach's booking page, where you can schedule your session directly with your coach.
You can request a full refund 24+ hours in advance of your scheduled session time. You can also request a 50% refund if you need to cancel your session within 24 hours of your scheduled time. To cancel, please reach out to coaching@winsummit.com.
