Biggest loss: Living in New York and being away from my family in Texas.

Biggest win: My greatest creations, my two kids.

Fantasy dinner date: Martini, sushi, and my husband sans children.

If I weren't doing this I would be: An interior designer

Best negotiation tip: Make sure you understand the expectation of the other person, so you know what needs to get done to make it happen.

Favorite self-care ritual: Make sure to get away from your desk to see what's out there. I love to go to my local vintage shops to get a different perspective and get inspired by new ideas.
