Kerry Propper

Founder and Managing Director of ATW Partners

Kerry Propper is the Founder and Managing Director of ATW Partners. Mr. Propper is also Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Chardan Capital Markets, a boutique investment bank based in New York City. Over the course of 200 transactions, Mr. Propper has raised over $15 billion investments for Chardan’s clients. Mr. Propper is an industry leader in M&A advisory roles, bringing over 15 years of experience, market knowledge, and leadership to ATW’s strategic advisory, management, and M&A.

Additionally, Mr. Propper is a founding member of Nadia’s Initiative and serves on the Executive Board for Voices of Rwanda, Yazda, and Digital Citizens Fund. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the International Crisis Group and is the Producer of Watchers of the Sky, an award-winning documentary on genocide. Mr. Propper has focused his activism on helping marginalized populations that face mass atrocities.

Mr. Propper earned his B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Colby College.
