Read on to learn more about Pamela, her inspiring work, and how she lives as a woman who lifts as she rises.

“Pamela Newman has elevated women throughout the workplace. She promotes from within and helps mentor single mothers company wide. She takes pride in her ability to bring women to the corporate table in a male-dominated space. In the corporate structure we have many more women in positions of management then men which is extremely rare in the Security Space.”

I give of my time, I give advice, I take time out to remember employee birthdays, give personal attention and text people when they have done a great job.

What is your best negotiation tip?

Always negotiate from a position of strength, assume everyone else is bluffing. Believe in yourself and your position and be strong.
