Feeling Left Behind: How WIN Summit Is Rewriting the Corporate (and Entrepreneurial)  Narrative for Women

Written By CEO & Co-founder Daniella Kahane

Across corporate America, an unsettling undercurrent is rising — one that too many women feel but rarely name: abandonment.

After years of championing women’s advancement, many organizations have quietly pulled back. DEI programs are shrinking. Budgets are tightening. Mentorship is inconsistent. And while the rhetoric of inclusion may still echo in HR brochures, many women report feeling increasingly sidelined, under-supported, and overlooked in the day-to-day pulse of their workplaces.  In fact, a recent study found that women were over 66% more likely to feel unsupported with regards to health issues at work than men.

This is more than a professional setback — it's emotional. It’s the knawing, destabilizing feeling of being left behind in spaces you helped shape, spaces you were forced to push your way into but also told you were valued in. It’s feeling like the conversation has moved on, but you’re still standing in the room, asking: What about us?

WIN Summit: A Different Response to a Cultural Backslide

This year at WIN Summit, far from ignoring this cultural moment, we are meeting it head-on.

Our mission is to restore a sense of purpose and hopefulness  for professional women by offering tools, experiences, and a fiercely supportive community that helps women take control of their careers — and their confidence– through negotiation, leadership, and holistic wellbeing.

Here's how we're doing it:

Skills that Stick: Practical, Actionable Content

This isn’t fluff. Our programming is designed with immediate application in mind — from negotiation tactics and executive presence to boundary-setting, leadership through crisis, and strategic storytelling, we don’t just talk about empowerment; we teach it.

Pampering that’s Purposeful

Self-care isn’t indulgent — it’s essential. From wellness lounges to curated networking experiences, we intentionally build moments of joy and calm into the summit, such as a breathwork session led by The Ranch, ear seeding by WTHN, back massages by Zeel, 1:1 astrology sessions with expert celebrity astrologist, Ophira Edut of AstroTwins, and so much more, so women can refill their cup, physically and emotionally.

Energy That Lifts, Not Drains

Every session, every speaker, every interaction is crafted to give — not take. Women leave WIN not just with notebooks full of insights, but with spirits lifted, clarity regained, and momentum restored.

Importantly, our goal is not to “fix,” but to value, to see, to support, and to set ourselves up to thrive– now more than ever.

If you've felt the slow creep of abandonment in your own career, please know you’re not alone. But you are invited — to a space built entirely for you, by women who believe in your potential, your leadership, and your future.

Join us at WIN Summit on May 16th 2025 and reclaim the power, connection, and purpose that never should’ve been negotiable.
