Jen is a 16-year Google sales veteran, leading Sales and Agency Business Development across Google's largest advertisers and agencies. While on the US Agency Team, she has led partnerships across agency holding companies and helped innovate incentive programs and drive new revenue models. Jen is a champion for the advancement of inclusivity at Google through her work leading the Women@ Google NYC community and as a Google People Development faculty, facilitating DEI and women's leadership training by the dozens. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Cornell University and is a proud Brooklyn mom of 2 remarkable kids (plus one cute labradoodle) and wife to a remarkable husband.

#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. At the heart of the #IamRemarkable initiative is a 90-minute workshop, led by trained facilitators. One of the big hurdles women and underrepresented groups face when tackling the leadership gap is practicing self-promotion — or vocally expressing their achievements in a working environment. The benefits of self-promotion are vast — including taking control of how you're perceived by others, and making them understand the unique contribution you can make.
