Senior Brand Manager & Co-Founder of Unilever Men As Allies, Unilever

As a Senior Brand Manager at Unilever, Glenn (he, him, his) has always placed an emphasis on building purpose into the brands he works on and celebrating purpose in the teams he works with. Throughout his career at Unilever, he was worked in global and local roles on various brands including Axe, Dove Men+Care, Lever 20000, and Vaseline. He currently leads Purpose and Engagement on the Global Dove Men+Care team and is most proud of the recent campaign, Commit to CARE Now, that focused on addressing harmful stereotypes against Black men.

In addition to crafting brands with purpose, Glenn has a passion for inclusion in all areas of life. This passion led him to start the Unilever Men as Allies group with like-minded colleagues focused on recruiting and engaging cisgender men to be authentic allies to the community that does not identify as cisgender men. A few proud moments in this work include bringing the Better Man Conference to the Unilever campus in 2019 and being featured in Forbes to share his ally story. Glenn is aware of his privilege as a white cisgender man and hopes to bring others with privilege along the journey to true and authentic allyship.

Outside of Unilever, Glenn is a proud husband to his wife, Emma, and dog dad to their Korean Village Dog puppy, Henry. He is a New Jersey native and graduated from the University of Michigan.
