Jennifer Kessler is Senior Director of Product at Twilio , where she leads multiple API-based product l ines. In 2013, Jen cofounded B izzy, a YCombinator backed company that made multichannel marketing software for ecommerce businesses and was acquired by SendGrid i n 2017. At SendGrid, Jen led the Marketing Campaigns product (SaaS platform for Marketers) through the company's IPO and subsequent acquisition by Twilio i n 2019. With Bizzy, she was half of YCombinator's first all female founding team and i s passionate about supporting diversity in tech. Jen has an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Mathematics and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives i n San Francisco, CA.
