Anastasia Morgan-Gans

Head of Student Marketing, Chase

Anastasia Morgan-Gans is a digital marketing leader who specializes in spearheading launches of new products and is known for transforming bold ideas into enhanced customer experiences. She is a catalyst in activating teams to build new consumer solutions from inception to implementation. Most recently, Anastasia successfully brought to market Chase First Banking – a new family banking account designed to help parents teach their kids build good money habits and Chase Sapphire Banking – a premium relationship designed to give consumers added value to their everyday banking needs.  

After spending more than 10 years in Digital Marketing, and as current Head of Student Marketing at Chase, Anastasia has a deep understanding of what drives human behavior and connection, and how meeting customer needs drives revenue, retention, and loyalty.  She’s known to “think globally, act locally” by curating marketing initiatives that create lifelong customers by equipping them with the right tools and information throughout their customer journey.  

Anastasia holds a degree in Communications from Otterbein University. She received the prestigious “Champions of Chase” award—an award recognizing less than 1 % of employees who create an exceptional experience for colleagues. In addition, she has given her time and expertise to Women on the Move, and Together in Digital, two associations dedicated to accelerating the advancement and growth of women in digital professions.
