Myiah McCullough is the Senior Manager of Operations & Client Services at Walmart Connect responsible for driving organizational excellence and ensuring seamless operations. McCullough is passionate about facilitating collaboration, streamlining processes, and supporting the executive team to achieve collective goals.

Prior to joining Walmart Connect, McCullough spent time at Condé Nast as the Senior Manager, Commercial Transformation responsible for leading the transformation of the Global Commercial team by partnering with key Commercial Leadership as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to lead ongoing transformative initiatives and identify new projects to modernize the Global Commercial Revenue organization strategy and structure. In addition, McCullough was the Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Condé Nast working with key business stakeholders to ensure the development and integration of Condé Nast global workforce diversity strategy for employee resource groups, developing diverse talent, fostering an inclusive work environment, and ensuring management accountability.

McCullough is passionate about creating a space for everyone to grow in their careers, learn, and amplify diverse voices. McCullough formally sat on the National Board for the nonprofit organization, Girls Leadership from 2022-2024. Previously McCullough sat on the Junior Advisory Board in partnership with The Estee Lauder Companies and the Angel Alliance Board for Lower Eastside Girls Club.

McCullough holds a BS in Communication Studies and International Business and a Master of Science in Strategic Digital Communications and Information Sciences from The University of Tennessee.
