Now in its fourth year, the WIN Summit, in partnership with Columbia University and The Negotiation Institute, attracts professional women and entrepreneurs from a diverse range of industries.

Speakers and workshop leaders include world-renowned instructors and negotiation experts from leading universities such as Columbia, Harvard, Wharton, and Chicago Booth, as well as globally respected business leaders and executives.

We offer professional development credits such as CLE credits and HR recertification credits to our attendees.
